We had exceptional service. The chef made the waffles non-stop and kept the waffles warm in a container. The scrambled eggs were kept warm and excellent as well. There were so many toppings to choose from. The OJ was delicious. Table set-up was nice. Everyone enjoyed their food. All leftovers were left for us. Clean-up was all done. Everything was perfect.

Arguello Catering does an amazing job at presentation and food quality/flavors. Delivery was relatively flawless, but the kitchen forgot to include my dessert platter, and they resolved it with a credit. All in all, I'd definitely use Arguello again!

The Halloween catering was super festive and the food was really good. We also ordered the mac and cheese in addition to the set catering. We had a bunch of vegetarians in the office so we ordered heavy on the veggie selections. We got the veggie dumplings (which also included egg rolls), devil's eggs, 7 layer dip, fruit and cheese platter (came with no cheese), assorted desserts, beef satay, California rolls, and flatbread (this was more of pita bread plus three dips). It was all super delicious and very nicely presented/decorated. Highly recommend.

Really yummy breakfast and pastries. My delivery was 40 MIN early so just make sure your delivery is set to when you want people to eat. Not a bad thing to be early I just don't live close to the office so I commute.

I ordered form this caterer to save some $$ but regretted that decision when the food came 1 hr early and wasn't labelled with Catercow's labels. Food was also very bland. Not worth the trouble. The team from catercow is always very accommodating and makes sure they communicate these things to the restaurant to avoid it in the future

Delivery by Arguello Catering was early with all items in separate disposable chafing dishes and condiments in ready to serve bowls family style. The DIY Tator Tot bar was a tremendous hit. Everyone loved the Thai Sweet chili tots the most.

Arguello was responsive and extremely professional! They picked up the phone each time I called and a friendly, helpful person was on the other line to answer all of my questions. Everything was laid out beautifully and we coordinated a pickup time for the catering trays without a problem. The service was prompt, polite and efficient. And the food was delicious!

This vendor is awesome! The feedback I received from employees is, excellent, the burritos are tasty, superb service just to name a few. Kevin is wonderful to work with. He is very flexible and I had last-minute requests and delivered them all to the "T" We requested the fruit cups and salsa to be in individual packages with cover. The utensils, napkins, salsa, and fruits cups are on each bag and it was delivered just the way I requested it. The burritos are on each tray inside the warmer and so the food is still warm when the employees started eating. The beverages, coffee, and individualized OJ on a 16 oz are included. Then to top that they all delivered these goods 10 minutes early. Talking about excellent service or above and beyond! A big thank you to you Kevin and your crew and also to Sean from Cater Cow. You all made this too easy for us and help the morale of the SLAC/LCLS employees get to the roof.

We had a fantastic breakfast social yesterday, May 22nd. Our employees liked the breakfast burritos and the additional bagels and Danish. We opted for an orange beverages instead of coffee since we brew our own coffee. Kevin the driver was on time and he set the food and presentation was great. Gaby picked up the chaffing dish and other catering accessories on time as well. I really want to give this a 5 stars, but unfortunately I cannot since I requested the 90 burritos to be cut in half so the employees have a choice to mix and match with other food options. They confirmed that they can cut it for me. The burritos arrived whole and I had 10 minutes to cut all of them in half before the people showed up. Few of them showed up while I'm still cutting. It was stressful, but at least the food was good.

Gail + Co have the best team around. I've used them for groups ranging from 20-300 and they never let us down. The food is great, but the communication with this team is what really sets it apart from the rest. A salad bar is always a great option for a healthy lunch, but this was disappointing. The portions were so small, so we ran out of veggies for salad. The hot items like mac and cheese, salmon and chicken were flavorless and COLD. I will not be ordering a second time.

The order was 100% incorrect. It took a few days to get the gluten free options out of the caterer. When I asked initially the response was, "there's too many to name" I should have canceled the order right then and there. We eventually updated the order, but they did not change it on their end and we received the wrong order entirely. I have since learned I can also update the order myself, thank you CaterCow! But overall, this company was short, rude, and difficult to deal with.

I've ordered from Arguello twice. The first time was great, the second - not so great. Not nearly enough food (some didn't get to eat). However, I'm willing to give them another try because they did a good job the first time around. Sometimes we just have bad days and miscalculate. It could happen to anyone!

The only issue I had with this order is we requested burrito's weren't cut in half as per our request however, the crew who dropped off the order stayed to help me cut them in half. He was wonderful. Presentation and set up was amazing, the delivery person was very resourceful with the amount of space provided, was creative and paid attention to detail, including the colors. The quality of the food was was good -- they used fresh ingredients for the salad bar. This salad bar was impressive, the selection of ingredients was a feast for the eye. Everyone enjoyed it.

Freaking fantastic caterers. Were in constant communication, were on time, and were so helpful. Our venue actually couldn't let the vendor grab the hot setup, linens, fancy China the day after, so they worked it out to grab it from our place the next day. How accommodating! Just great to work with.

What a beautiful fruit platter! So much attention to detail and they even cut some fruit into shapes. Everything was ripe and juicy! We'll definitely be ordering this again.

It seems most everyone enjoyed the salad bar but we did run out of protein and toppings rather quickly. Perhaps it would be better to cut back on the lettuce variety and increase the protein amounts.

Beautiful and nicely spread of pastries. We did ask however that bagels only be sliced in half, but instead it was cut in quarter. Would be nice to get more cream cheese if possible!

Everything went great the food was really good and the service was wonderful. We did have a couple of miscommunications there were no plates, utensils, or paper cups, and no water and sodas like I had asked about in my original phone call. We were going to bring the wine and everything else would be provided by the catering service. The caterers said that no one had told them to bring the items or the water and soda, but we quickly resolved that I went to CVS and bought some water and sodas and the catering people went and bought the paper plates, utensils, and cups. All in all everything worked out in the end and our party was a success.
