2 Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissan'Wich packs (breakfast).
2026 Fast Food Catering Guide
Burger King doesn't run a national catering program. About 120 BK franchise locations across 8 states publish bulk-order menus through third-party catering platforms, and even those split between two very different menu structures — a-la-carte (cheaper headline price, sides extra) and bundled "Catering Packages" (everything-in price, sides included). Here's what we found when we opened the real per-store menus.
There is no bk.com/catering page, no national 800-number for group orders, no standardized BK catering deck. The closest thing to a "Burger King catering program" lives on third-party catering platforms, where roughly 120 individual franchise locations across CA, CO, IA, IL, KS, MO, NY, and WY publish per-store catering menus. We explored the real menus at multiple stores and the pricing structure differed dramatically. This guide explains both, and tells you when BK is actually a sensible group-order choice.

We pulled the live published menus for two BK locations to show how the same chain ships two different programs. Both sized every item to serve 5; everything below is verbatim from the per-store pages.
Mains are priced as just the sandwich pack; sides and drinks are separate line items. Cheaper headline price, but you assemble the meal yourself.
Delivery minimum at this store: $100. Delivery fee: $30 & up. Cancellation: 25% fee within 24 hours of event time.

| Fully Loaded Croissan'Wich | $50 | Black Forest ham, sausage, bacon, eggs, American cheese on toasted croissant. |
| Double Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissan'Wich | $45 | Two sausage patties, eggs, two slices American cheese. |

| Capri Sun Apple Juice | $16 | 5-pack pouches. |

Mains ship as full "Catering Packages" that include sides and drinks. Higher single-line price, but the math often works out similar once you account for what's bundled in.

Based on the two stores we verified — Los Angeles (a-la-carte) and the Bronx (bundled packages) — here's how the per-person math actually shakes out:
Cheapest hot meal: breakfast. A Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissan'Wich package is $45 a-la-carte (LA, $9/person, sides extra) or $55 with hashbrowns and OJ bundled (Bronx, $11/person, complete meal). Either way, BK breakfast is $9–$11 per person for a hot, recognizable item.
Lunch and dinner: comparable to other fast-food group orders once bundling is normalized. A Whopper w/ Cheese pack plus fries plus drinks lands around $20–$22 per person at both stores. Bacon King and Impossible Whopper packs at the bundled stores top out at $22–$23 per person. Chicken Nuggets are the cheapest filler item at $24–$30 per pack of 5 ($4.80–$6 per person).
Where BK actually saves money is on chicken-and-side snack spreads — a 5-pack of Chicken Nuggets plus a 5-pack of French Fries lands at $52–$62 for 5 people, or roughly $10–$12 per person.
Math verified against per-pack prices observed at the LA and Bronx stores. Your local store may sit outside these ranges — confirm before ordering.
2 Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissan'Wich packs (breakfast).
5 Whopper w/ Cheese packs (bundled or with separately ordered fries) + 1 Hershey's Sundae Pie.
10 Chicken Nuggets packs + 4 Whopper w/ Cheese packs + 5 French Fries packs + 4 Hershey's Sundae Pies.
Every BK catering item we found is sized for 5 servings. For a full meal (not just snacks), plan one main pack per 5 attendees, then check whether the pack already includes a side and a drink — that one detail determines whether you need to add 1 side pack per 5 people and 1 beverage 5-pack per 5 people on top, or whether you're done after the mains. For breakfast at bundled stores, the Croissan'Wich packs already include hashbrowns and OJ, so no add-ons are needed for a quick morning meeting.
For groups over 25, call the franchise directly. Per-store listings rarely publish a stated minimum order or lead time beyond the delivery minimum, and franchise managers can often size up portions or coordinate timing better than the standard online flow.
The single most impactful step before ordering. A "$100 Whopper pack" with fries and 16 oz. drinks included may be cheaper per-person than a "$65 Whopper pack" once you add the missing side and beverage. Open the menu, read each item's description carefully, and don't compare headline prices across stores without normalizing for bundling.
Every item on every BK catering menu we opened is portioned for 5. Headcount divided by 5, rounded up, equals the number of packs you need. For sides and beverages at a-la-carte stores, the same math applies — one French Fries pack per 5 people.
Croissan'Wich breakfast packs land at $9–$11 per person across both store patterns — competitive with mid-tier deli catering for a hot, recognizable meal. Lunch packs run $14–$23 per person, where you're paying near sit-down-chain prices for a flame-grilled burger handed off in a paper bag.
Chicken Nuggets ($24–$30 per pack of 5) plus French Fries ($28–$32 per pack) lands at roughly $10–$12 per person — the best value on the entire menu. Use this for afternoon team snacks rather than ordering whole burger packs for everyone.
Bulk BK orders are fulfilled by the franchise itself, not a centralized catering kitchen — they're not built around tight pickup windows. If your event has a hard start, do pickup; if ±30 minutes is fine, delivery's fine. The $30+ delivery fee applies regardless.
Both stores we checked list a 25% cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours of the event. For a 25-person Whopper order, that's $80–$125 lost if your meeting moves last-minute. Lock the headcount before placing the order.
None of the big-three burger chains run a real national catering program in 2026. Here's how their group-ordering channels stack up — every claim below was checked against the chain's own website (or its absence), CaterCow's own published research, and live per-store bulk-order listings.
McDonald's is cheaper per person on lunch ($7–$12 vs. BK's $14–$23 once bundling is normalized), but you're calling a franchise manager or stacking third-party app orders — there's no clean ordering channel. Wendy's is the weakest of the three for groups: no catering page, no published bulk pricing anywhere. For an office order, BK's per-store bulk-order channel is the most predictable of the three if you're in one of the 8 states it covers.
| Burger King | McDonald's | Wendy's | |
|---|---|---|---|
| National Catering Page | None | None | None |
| Primary Group-Order Channel | Per-franchise bulk-order menus (~120 stores in 8 states) | Franchise-by-franchise; UberEats, DoorDash, or direct franchise call | Third-party delivery only |
| Published Bulk Pricing | Yes — per-store | No standardized pricing; franchise-set | No bulk pricing published |
| Standardized Pack Sizes | Yes — every item priced per pack of 5 | No — built from regular menu items in bulk | No — no bulk format exists |
| Breakfast Catering | Yes — Croissan'Wich packs ($45–$60), often w/ hashbrowns + OJ | Yes — Egg McMuffins, McGriddles, hash browns, McCafé totes | No breakfast catering channel |
| Lunch/Dinner Per-Person Range | $14–$23 (a-la-carte vs. bundled) | $7–$12 (per CaterCow's Feb 2026 sizing) | Not published |
| Plant-Based Option | Yes — Impossible Whopper pack | Limited — varies by market | No |
| Dietary Labeling | Item description only | Item description only | Not applicable — no catering menu |
| Best For | Breakfast meetings in participating markets | Budget bulk lunch via franchise call or DoorDash | Walk-up team orders; not group catering |
For breakfast meetings at any of the ~120 stores in BK's participating footprint, yes — Croissan'Wich packs at $9–$11 per person are competitive with mid-tier deli catering, and the menu is recognizable enough that nobody has to ask what's in it.
For team snacks, Chicken Nuggets and Chicken Fries are the best value on the menu — $4.80–$9 per person for a finger-food spread.
For lunch and dinner, BK is a maybe. The bundled "Catering Packages" at stores like the Bronx ($100 Whopper pack including fries and drinks) work out to roughly $20 per person — competitive with other group-order options, but at the point where higher-quality alternatives are in the same per-person range. The a-la-carte stores like LA look cheaper on a headline-price basis but require add-on math to compare honestly.
For formal events, executive lunches, or anything requiring dietary labels, allergen callouts, or coordinated event timing, BK is the wrong call. The franchise-by-franchise nature of the program means no centralized account management — every order is, fundamentally, a fast-food franchise filling a big takeout bag.
No. There is no catering page on bk.com and no national catering channel. The closest thing is the ~120 BK franchises across 8 states (CA, CO, IA, IL, KS, MO, NY, WY) that publish per-store bulk-order menus. Each store sets its own prices, structure, and delivery minimum — there is no centralized program.
Per-person costs range from about $9 (breakfast packs) to $23 (top-tier bundled lunch packs at premium stores). The variance is partly real franchise pricing and partly bundling — some stores sell mains a-la-carte, others sell 'Catering Packages' that include fries and beverages in the same price. Always check your local store's menu before assuming a price.
Two reasons. First, BK doesn't enforce national catering pricing — each franchise sets its own. Second, the menu structure varies — at some stores a Whopper w/ Cheese pack is just the sandwiches ($65 in LA), while at other stores the same item includes large fries and assorted 16 oz. beverages ($100 in the Bronx). The second pack is the same value once you add LA's separately-ordered fries and drinks.
Every item we found on participating BK menus is sized for 5 servings. That includes mains, sides, desserts, and beverage 5-packs. Headcount divided by 5, rounded up, equals the number of packs to order for that item.
Roughly 120 BK locations across 8 states publish bulk-order menus: California (4), Colorado (50), Iowa (21), Illinois (1 — Chicago), Kansas (4), Missouri (31), New York (8), and Wyoming (2). Colorado and Missouri together account for two-thirds of the footprint. Outside these 8 states, BK catering is not bookable through any standardized channel — contact your local franchise directly.
Participating BK locations offer both pickup and delivery. Delivery fees start at $30 and minimums range from $50 to $100 depending on store. Cancellation within 24 hours of the event triggers a 25% fee. For tight start times, pickup is the safer call — franchise-fulfilled orders aren't tightly coordinated for catering delivery windows.
Per-store listings don't publicly state a required lead time, and many stores allow same-day ordering subject to capacity. For groups over 25, give the franchise 24–48 hours' notice and call ahead to confirm. For recurring office orders or anything over 50 people, contact the franchise manager directly.
