Very dry. People didn't like the stuffing. The description includes "carved turkey". Most of the pieces were bones and little meat, it wasn't carved. In our two trays, there were 3 whole gizzards and two chopped up backbones with no meat on them. The stuffing looked and felt like muddy sand in your mouth. We threw all of it away. No one ate the gravy, it was thin and oily. We threw that away as well.

Food was delicious and everyone loved the churros! They're cut into bite-sized pieces for easy sharing. I will say that I wouldn't recommend the potato salad (which probably makes sense for a mexican restaurant) but the make-your-own fajitas were delicious and easy. Docked one star because the amount of saran wrap involved made it difficult to unpack, and I wish the plates provided were not styrofoam.

Got so much great feedback on this lunch! Oasis is always awesome; they're on time, there's a ton of food, and it always tastes great. We actually probably had enough to feed twice the people we needed to, so we have a ton of leftovers. Only complaint was that everything was wrapped in several layers of plastic, which made it messy and difficult to open.

Food was good tasting and plentiful. We were missing the ranch dressing for the buffalo wings and there were no celery/carrot strips (as pictured). Overall good and would order again. He was one hour early delivering though... so food sat (and became room temp)...

The french toast was very good. The slices were fairly substantial. Our staff loved it and thought it was very tasty. The turkey sausages were different than what we expected; a tad dry but not awful. They were gobbled up pretty quickly as well. The syrup were small packets and we ran out very quickly. Luckily we had a bottle of syrup in the cupboard left there by another staff. It saved the day. There should be a better ratio of syrup per serving. I personally use 3 packets with 1 slice of bread. Most of our staff took 2 each. I gave 4 stars out of 5 because I felt that this caterer should have realized that we would need a larger quantity of syrup.

Review subject line: the second worst chili I ever had The only reason I didn't give this the first worst chili I ever had is because I want to find a Band-Aid my chili. When I originally planned having a chili bar my heart rang with joy. However, when I first walked upon the chili I thought we had gotten the wrong order because it looked like Chinese food both in terms of the containers it was in as well as the consistency. The peppers and onions were cut in huge pieces, you couldn't see much meat, and was dry. That said I was a hungry SOB and figured what the hell, at least give it a try maybe it'll be good, but sadly that was not the case. If not the greatest sin of all, the chili had zero flavor and in particular did not taste of chili powder or cumin at all. No heat, no spice, no love. Not sure if there's a new guy in the kitchen, but I hope for others' sake this is not the norm. I'm not perfect, we all make mistakes, but the key is to learn.

Will probably order again. The team really liked the idea of a build-your-own chili bowl but the food wasn't warm by the time the driver arrived and he was late. People did really enjoy the lunch, though. Chili was good but not outstanding. The driver was very nice and did a great job setting up.

Generally this went over very well! The cornbread is great! Only need half the sour cream. Otherwise quantities were good. I would highly recommend having bowls because it’s really weird eating chili off a flat plate, jussayin’ :)
