When your organizer sets up a group order, you pick your own meal from the restaurant’s menu. Open the link they sent, choose a meal, and you’re done. The video above walks through it.
Choose your meal
1. Open the link your organizer sent you. If you aren’t logged in, you’ll be asked to sign up or log in first. You can also log in any time and open Meals. Your meal calendar shows each day’s group order. Choose Your Meal means you haven’t picked a meal for that day yet.
2. Tap the day to see its menu. The menu lists every meal you can choose. Some menus also let you build your own meal.
3. Tap a meal. Your pick is saved as soon as you tap it. If you have food allergies or a special request, add them under Dietary Requirements & Allergies or Special Request. Special requests can be up to 50 characters, and the restaurant may not be able to fill every one.
4. Tap Confirm & Back To Orders. Your calendar now shows the meal you picked for that day, marked YOU PICKED.
How picking your meal works
- You can change your meal any time before the ordering deadline. After that, the order goes to the restaurant, and your pick is locked.
- If your company covers part of each meal, the menu says how much. Pick a meal that costs more, and you pay the difference.
- Won’t be there that day? Choose I Won’t Be There That Day, so your organizer knows not to order a meal for you. See How do I cancel my meal?
- We email you a confirmation of each pick, unless you’ve unchecked Receive Meal Selection Confirmation Emails on your Account tab.
What if the deadline has passed?
You can’t change your pick in the app anymore. Ask your organizer for help.
