Plans changed and you won’t be around for a meal you already picked? Change your response to I Won’t Be There That Day so your organizer knows not to order for you. The video above walks through it.
Cancel your meal
1. Open the link your organizer sent you, or log in and open Meals. Your meal calendar shows each day’s group order, along with your pick.
2. Tap that day’s tile. You’ll see your current meal. Tap Change My Meal.
3. At the bottom of the menu, under More Options, tap I Won’t Be There That Day. We save your response as soon as you tap it, and no meal is ordered for you.
4. Tap Confirm & Back To Orders. You’re now opted out for that day, and your calendar shows Opted Out.
How canceling a meal works
- You can cancel any time before the ordering deadline. After that, the order goes to the restaurant, and your response is locked.
- Canceling clears your pick, so you aren’t charged for that meal, even if it cost more than your company’s stipend.
- Changed your mind again? You can still pick a meal for that day until the deadline, the same way you chose it the first time.
What if the deadline has passed?
You can’t change your response in the app anymore. Ask your organizer for help.
