Email support@catercow.com and ask us to delete your account. Your account settings don’t have a delete option, on the website or in the app, so deletion goes through us.
What happens to your account
- Your account is deleted, or your name and email are removed from it. If you’ve placed orders or paid for anything, we keep those records and remove your name and email from the account instead of deleting it.
- Orders you haven’t placed yet are deleted, including anything still in your cart.
- Group orders you set up are deleted too, including active ones.
- Organizations you share with teammates stay open for them. If you’re the only Admin, make a teammate an Admin first so someone can still manage the organization.
