On this page
You don’t have to rebuild a past order from scratch. Reorder it, and your items, headcount, delivery time, and address carry over, so all you pick is a new date. The video above walks through the whole flow.
Order it again
1. From your Orders page, click the Past Orders tab. Find the order you want to repeat, and click View Order.
2. At the top of the order, click Order Again. For a group order, the button says Group Order Again. You’ll also find the same link under View Order on your Orders page.
3. In the Choose A Date To Reorder popup, use the arrows to move to the month you want, then click the day you’d like your food delivered.
4. Click Continue. Your new order opens in checkout with the new date filled in. Your items, headcount, delivery time, and address carry over from the original order. Change anything you need.
5. When everything looks right, click Place Order. Your new order shows as Pending until the restaurant confirms it.
What happens when you reorder
- Your items, headcount, delivery time, address, and special requests carry over. You only pick the new date.
- When you reorder a group order, the meal options you offered carry over, and you start on the group order’s menu step.
- Your new order waits in checkout until you click Place Order, so you can change anything first.
- If you reorder a teammate’s order, the new order is placed under your name.
What if something changed since your last order?
Menus and addresses can change over time, so reordering checks for a few things and tells you if anything needs your attention:
- An item or option isn’t offered anymore. If something from your original order has been removed from the menu, we’ll let you know so you can pick a replacement at checkout. If the restaurant’s package has changed a lot since your last order, we’ll reset your choices to the restaurant’s staff picks as a starting point, and you can adjust from there.
- Your delivery address changed. If the saved address in your address book no longer matches the one on the original order (say, a new suite number or contact), we’ll show you both versions. Choose Use Original Order Address or Use Existing Saved Address.
- The saved address was deleted. If the address from the original order has since been removed from your address book, we’ll give you a heads-up and let you continue. You can update the address on the checkout page if needed.
- The restaurant’s menu format has changed. If your original group order used an older package menu and the restaurant now offers its full menu for group orders, we’ll rebuild your group order with their current full menu instead of the original package.
None of these block you for long. They’re quick checks to make sure your reorder reflects what’s actually available today.
