On this page
Every order your organization places is on your orders page. Filter the list to find one, or see your orders by date on a calendar.
Find an order
1. Open Orders from the menu on the left of your dashboard. You can also hover over your name in the top right corner, open your organization, and click Orders. Your upcoming orders are listed under Upcoming Orders, with the soonest one at the top.
2. To narrow the list, use the filters above it: address, Start Date and End Date, and order type (Standard or Group Orders).
3. Click More Filters for more options, like payment type (Credit Card or Invoice) and delivery type (Delivery or Pickup). Some filters only appear when they apply. For example, you can filter by orderer when more than one person in your organization can place orders. Click Clear Filters to see all your orders again.
4. To see orders that have already happened, click Past Orders. The most recent one is at the top.
5. To see your orders by date, click Calendar at the top of the page. Each order shows on its delivery day. To change months, click the month’s name beside the current one.
6. Click any order on the calendar, or View Order in the list, to open its details. The order page shows what you ordered, the price breakdown, how to reach your restaurant, and the payment history.
Drafts, changes, receipts, and reports
- If an order is still in your cart, or it’s a group order that’s still collecting responses, clicking it opens checkout instead of an order page.
- You can edit an order until the restaurant’s cutoff for changes, and cancel without a fee until its cancellation deadline. See How do I modify or update my already-placed order? and How do I cancel my order, and will I get a refund?.
- Each placed order has a Receipt link in the list, and Download PDF Receipt on its order page. See How do I download a receipt for my order?.
- The Reports view downloads your organization’s order history, group order selections, and survey responses as CSV files.
Sharing an order with your organization
On a standard (non-group) order’s detail page, you’ll see a Share With toggle followed by your organization’s name. Turning it on slots that order into your organization’s meal calendar so other members can see it; turning it off keeps it off the shared calendar. This is separate from group order sharing, which is always visible to your team.
