Frequently Asked Questions in Boston & Cambridge Area

How does corporate catering work for Boston offices?

Corporate catering in Boston is a logistics puzzle. Offices span Back Bay, Financial District, Cambridge, and Seaport. Tight streets, loading docks, and building rules matter. CaterCow is built for that. Select breakfast or lunch from Boston restaurants experienced with office catering. Portions scale predictably and dietary needs are handled upfront. We coordinate parking, timing, and building access. If plans shift, our team adjusts—no chasing vendors midday. From Back Bay to Cambridge, you order once and we handle the rest.

How far in advance should I order catering in Boston?

For most office catering, CaterCow recommends: 2–3 business days ahead for standard breakfasts or lunches 5–7 days ahead for large orders (50+ people) or executive meetings 1–2 weeks ahead during peak seasons, holidays, or major convention weeks Boston’s compact streets, loading restrictions, and unpredictable traffic affect planning. Ordering early gives you better options—especially in Back Bay, Seaport, and Cambridge. Last-minute orders are possible, but availability tightens fast. If it matters, book ahead.

This was my first time using CaterCow for a lunch order and I opted to try Cantina La Mexicana. The delivery guy was amazing. He was nice and polite and set up the food on the tables. One container was a little crushed from being in the bag and he took the time to straighten the container out. He explained the process of ordering from CaterCow but he was actually from the restaurant that I ordered from etc. He asked about my plans for the weekend which I though was nice and I asked him about his. It was a great experience and on top of that the food was amazing. I chose the individual taco boxes and the presentation of the tacos in the containers was exceptional. The overall experience was an A+++++

OMG!!!!! If your employees like Italian food, huge portions and deliciousness, order from LaCascia's Catering! The rolls they include are so soft and fresh. I would've liked to been able to take a bite of each dish, however I choose the chicken masala and happy I did. After I put my order in the day before, someone from the store called me to double-check about how we liked to accept delivery. I told him the driver could call 1st and my coworker and I would come out to meet him and take it from there. The driver was professional and asked if I was the one who ordered. After telling him yes, he handed me a bag and said they wanted me to have it....a good-sized container of Italian cookies! I'm still debating whether to share them with coworkers or not! :D I will definitely be ordering from them again! Very happy!
