Send your referral link to someone who’s new to CaterCow. When they sign up with it, they get 500 CaterCoins right away and earn 3 CaterCoins per dollar instead of 1. You earn 1 CaterCoin for every $1 of food they order. The video above walks through both sides.
Share your link
1. Click Rewards in the menu on the left. Your link is in the Refer A Friend section, under Send Your Referral Link.
2. Click Copy, then send the link to a friend or colleague who’s new to CaterCow, by email, chat, or however you like.
3. Your link opens a sign-up page with your name on it. It lists what your friend gets for joining.
4. Your friend enters their (Work) Email, their name, and Create a Password, then clicks Sign Up. Their 500-coin Referral Bonus is on their Rewards page right away, and we email them about it.
5. Back on your Rewards page, your friend now shows under Referred Friends, with the CaterCoins you’ve earned from them so far.
When you earn CaterCoins
On the first of each month, you get 1 CaterCoin for every $1 of food on your friend’s orders from the month before. Taxes and fees don’t count, and neither do canceled orders. We email you when new coins are ready.
The Pending Earnings tab shows what your friends have ordered so far this month. That total can change if an order is canceled or changed.
Your friend’s 3 CaterCoins per dollar apply to the coins they earn by reviewing their orders.

Who your link works for
- The link is for new accounts. Someone who already has a CaterCow account can’t be added as your referral. If they open your link while logged in, the page says they’re already signed in.
- Your friend needs to sign up with an email and password. If they choose Sign in with Google instead, the new account isn’t connected to your link, and neither of you gets referral coins.
- There’s no limit on how many people you can refer. Each one shows under Referred Friends.
