If your kitchen needs to close for a holiday, a one-off event, or any day you can’t fulfill orders, mark that date off on your Days Off page. Your regular weekly hours don’t change.
Setting a day off
1. Go to your Days Off page, under Operations in the menu. Each of your kitchens has its own calendar, grouped by city, and dates you’ve already closed show in red.
2. Days of the week outside your delivery hours are disabled automatically, so you only need to mark dates you’d normally be open.
3. Check the legend under the calendars. A colored dot on a date means you already have an order that day: green for Accepted Order, orange for Pending Order, and blue for Pending Group Order.
4. Click a date to close it. It turns red and saves right away, and customers can’t book that kitchen for that date.
5. If the date already has an order, you’ll see every order booked that day first. Check I can still fulfill this order for each one, then click Confirm. The date closes, and the orders stay on your schedule.
6. To reopen a date, click it again. The red mark clears, and customers can order from that kitchen on that date again.
How days off work
- Days off are set one kitchen at a time, even for kitchens in the same kitchen group. To close several kitchens on the same date, click that date on each kitchen’s calendar.
- A closed date blocks only that date. Your kitchen won’t show up for customers ordering for that date, and every other date is unaffected.
- Closing a date doesn’t cancel or decline the orders already booked that day. You still fulfill them.
- Days off are one-time closures, and the kitchen reopens the next day. To change the days and times you’re open every week, update your business hours instead.
- Each date saves as you click it. There’s no separate save step.
