Bringing Asian American desserts that are Asian-inspired with American familiarity, Chef Judy Lai has created unique flavor combinations such as yuzu with strawberry buttercream and nama (Japanese "melt in your mouth" chocolate) green tea filling and Thai tea with condensed milk buttercream and nama white chocolate filling.

Exact size of the cake will depend on your headcount (e.g. 6'' serves up to 7, 8'' serves up to 15, 10'' serves up to 20, 12'' serves up to 35, 14" serves up to 50, etc.).
