The cakes were delivered on time and packaged well. My biggest complaint was that that icing and cake itself were too hard. I like my cakes and frosting moist so I was disappointed. I would probably recommend letting the cake sit out in room temperature at least 2 hours before serving to help the icing get soft.

I ordered this for a client and got RAVING reviews for Cathy's alcoholic treats (she does everything from Minnie cakes to cupcakes to alcoholic desserts!!!). Comments from client were "They are sooooo good :-)" and "Everyone who had one loved them"! Thanks again Cathy for the amazing treats and responsive and generous customer service!

Cathy Cook is an amazing pastry chef! She has created lovely Minnie delights for our office of 117 twice now and everyone has been raving that they cannot get enough! Cathy has been a delight to work with as well. She is so accommodating with making sure the treats are either gluten free or vegan or even both! We had Vegan Gluten Free Red Velvet Minnie Whoops and they were the first ones to go! She can whip any flavor up too, her Minnie chipped whoops was a fan favorite as well! She even made us signs with ingredients so everyone knew exactly what went into the product! Cathy is very talented and is a pleasure to work with, I cannot wait to have her cater another event for us! THANK YOU CATHY! :)

Cathy and her Minnie Cakes were a terrific addition to our party. Not only were the cakes delicious and enticing looking, but everyone liked the experience that came with it. And Cathy's personality. She knew just how to involve everyone and she fit in like a welcome friend at the party.

Dessert was perfect the mini bites were just right. Not only were they pretty they tasted just as good. They delivered on time and by the nicest people. I would recommend them to anyone. We will be catering with Minnies Bake Shop again
