A very popular Vietnamese cold rice vermicelli noodle dish topped with grilled lemongrass pork or grilled lemongrass chicken, fresh mint, cucumbers, romaine lettuce, pickled carrots and bean sprouts. The dish is dressed in fish sauce . We also do a vegan version of the fish sauce.
