This is the best feedback I’ve gotten on lunch so far! The menu was AMAZING, I had so many people raving about it (including me). Note for us: Surprisingly, the beef ran out and almost all of the chicken was gone even though we got a full tray of each, so looks like there’s more meat eaters than I thought. The only downside to this menu was the tofu, it still looks like people do not enjoy tofu as a vegetarian option which I know is going to be hard to accommodate for future menus. However, they seem to really enjoy any of the eggplant options we have been currently providing, so something to keep in mind

Excellent! The larb salad was great, the vegetarian tofu coconut curry was delicious. We went crazy!! I highly recommend this. It can be made as gluten-free and it was just as delicious!! :) Will be ordering again soon.

Laotian was delicious- the chicken went really fast which is a great sign. We had a whole tub of tofu left over at the end of the day- maybe when we order tofu we can have less of it? Sometimes I think the vegetarians choose to simply forgo meat instead of choosing tofu.

Beware if you have a wheat allergy. I tried checking about ingredients prior to ordering since they aren't listed and someone still got an allergic reaction. I'm guessing its the soy sauce used on meat/chicken. I tried asking after the fact again and haven't heard back. Besides that, everything was great and tasty. Would order again.

Soooo good. Food was outstanding. We all felt like we were eating a healthy meal. This is the best type of meal, where you can stuff yourself until you can't eat anymore, but you don't get that guilty-sick feeling that you ate too many calories. Vegetable calories don't really count, right? Either way, this satisfied everyone.

Both vegetarians and non-vegetarians were complimentary about the food, so we will definitely keep the caterer on our list. The portions were smaller than from same of the other caterers we have used, so I recommend ordering a bit more food if you have some people with a very big appetite, like we have.

Classic Seasonal Healthy Cuisine: Everyone enjoyed our lunch today. There were some leftovers but not too many. They only brought enough stuffed bell peppers for the vegetarians, so I had to put a sign up so that the meat eaters wouldn't take any. I also cut them in half. If you think non vegetarians will want the bell peppers, too (they were very good), overestimate on the number of vegetarians when you order. I also cut the meat portions in half to make sure there was enough for everyone. Overall this was a good meal. Food was warm, delivery was on time, and they even brought labels which was nice. I would definitely order again.
