Sweetfin Poke Bars
Sweetfin is a chef-driven poke concept culinarily led by former Top Chef contestant Dakota Weiss. We use “Scratch Kitchens”--everything is made in-house daily and our kitchens are supervised by chefs. The produce we use in our toppings is top-class. We select only the freshest ingredients and where possible we buy locally. Our fish is sourced from all over the world and is caught responsibly and sustainably to ensure maximum quality with a minimal environmental impact. Everyone wants to ''consume consciously'', and our mission is to help you with that! In the most delicious way possible :)
