Okta Setup
Thanks for your interest in configuring Okta SSO for your organization!
Note: After completing these steps, everyone in your organization (including you) will be required to use Okta SSO to login to CaterCow. They will no longer be able to login with their CaterCow password.
Step 1: Request that we configure your organization for Okta SSO
Click Message CaterCow Support below to ask us to enable Okta SSO for your organization and we will let you know once we have configured your account such that you can move on to Step 2.
Step 2: Install the Okta application from the OIN directory and configure
Wait for CaterCow to let you know that your account has been configured for Okta SSO. Otherwise you won't see the "Manage Enterprise Settings (e.g. Okta SSO)" link.
Install the CaterCow app from the Okta Integration Network: https://www.okta.com/integrations/
Log into your account at: https://www.catercow.com/login
On the top right drop-down menu click "Manage Organization"
Click "Settings"
Click "Manage Enterprise Settings (e.g. Okta SSO)"
Click "Update Okta SSO Settings"
Fill in the following information and click "Submit"
Okta Domain (e.g. yourcompany.okta.com)
Client ID
Client Secret
Log out and go to https://www.catercow.com/login
Enter your email address (the password field will disappear) and the "Log In" button will become "Log in with Okta"
Click "Log in with Okta" and you will be redirected to the Okta SSO login page.
Step 3: Instructions to send to your employees
If you're now able to login with Okta SSO you simply need to let your employees that in order to log into CaterCow with Okta and join your organization they will need to do the following:
Sign into CaterCow using their Okta account at https://www.catercow.com/login
Visit the Group Order Calendar link.
Here's how to find your Group Order Calendar link. Hover over your name on the top right of the screen and you'll see the Group Order Calendar link. Click that and share that URL with your team.
