The food was excellent, expect for the potatoes. Potatoes were cute into quarters and this is supposed to filling for breakfast tacos. The portions are defiantly off. I ordered for 13 people and there was barely enough food to feed the 11 that showed up.

An unfortunate miscommunication caused our order to go missing and then delivered over two hours past scheduled time. There were a few complaints about the shrimp but overall the food was decent.

This was the first time we used Cater Cow and Tex-Mex Joe's Mexican Restaurant. We were very happy at how easy it was to submit an order. There were 0 errors and we needed 0 discussions to coordinate. The food was delicious. Our parents were happy and there was plenty of food to go around. My only suggestions is to have some sort of warming supplies available with the order or even for an extra fee that people can add on to their purchases.

Tex-Mex Joe's Mexican Restaurant has very good service! The food was made well and everyone in the office in joyed it! I appreciate that they have fajita and taco options for the main dish.
