They were over an hour and half late. After placing the order they called and wondered if they could just send a driver for a drop off. I replied no and if you could not accommodate we would cancel they order. They assured me that everything would be fine. the order was scheduled for 8:00am, at 8:27 they called they were 15 minutes away and they finally showed up at almost 9:30. Catercow is a wonderful site and their customer service is GREAT (Sean!) but I will never use this vendor again.
