Garlic Crush owner, Maher “Matt” Jabbour, originally from Lebanon, moved to Bellevue in 1998 for a position at Microsoft. With his family, he bought and operated a small Mediterranean grocery store in downtown Bellevue in 2004 where they sold homemade artisan dishes from their homeland. In 2008, Matt left Microsoft and opened Garlic Crush. Our menu is simple but rich and flavorful, our guests tell us it’s “addictive.” What we serve is fresh, healthy, fast, and tasty.
