Build Your Own Gusto! (BYOG) for 20 People
With mixed greens, brown rice, and two grilled proteins, your choice of two gustos (chef-curated medleys), sweet potato chips (original and bbq), and serving utensils, racks, bowls, forks, and napkins. Every byog comes with grilled chicken and your choice of one other protein. The grilled chicken will be 75% of the total protein portion, while your second protein option will be 25% of the total portion. We recommend our delicious umami tofu if you have any vegans or vegetarians in your group
