Each sushi roll is made from black rice or six-grain rice with fresh fruits and vegetables. The sushi is paired with customized tofu, fruit, and vegetable pureés. Delicious, as noted in other reviews, people loved the taste and also the experience of all the different rolls and sauces. We added the edamame and that seemed to really complete the meal for everyone as a dinner.

So good! This vegan sushi is definitely more filling than you'd think. The veggie toppings and sauces were delicious and made for a colorful, pretty presentation. The included sauce guide was a great touch!

Amazingly beautiful and tasty. I was asked by a lot of people in the team where the store is. :) Everything is veggies but "meat eaters" were happy too. Highly recommend especially if you have foodies in your team or guests.

Beyond Sushi's fresh pressed juices were BEYOND delicious! From placing the order, to confirming delivery and order details to set up, Beyond Sushi's staff provided exceptional customer service. They even printed little signs for each juice variety! The juice itself was fantastic and offered a great value based for the pricing. We will definitely order from Beyond Sushi again!
