The bagels were great, and they give a solid amount of toppings, especially the lox. Only thing is there is not a proportionate amount of cream cheese so you may need to order extra.

Great bagels! Super surprised they're vegan and the gluten-free bagels are awesome and look so similar to the regular bagels we were glad they were already separated for us so we could tell them apart. And the cream cheese choices are excellent.

I scheduled the food to be delivered for 9am and the delivery driver arrived at 8:20am when no one was in the office. I scheduled the meal for 9 because that is my time of arrival. The driver informed me that he was told to arrive for 8:30 which was still too early for a 9am start. We were able to work it out, but it was annoying to have to deal with during my commute. Another big issue is that nowhere on the order page does it say that the bagels that were being provided were going to be from an assortment of bagels. It just said bagels and eggs, meat etc. on the site with no option to choose what kind of bagels you want. I only wanted plain bagels which is what I thought I was getting since again, nothing on the website indicated that it would be an assortment of bagel flavors being sent instead. None of the sandwiches were labeled with what kind of bagel it was which made the situation even worse. There was no way to know what sandwich went with what bagel without completely opening up the sandwiches because they chose to give an assortment but then provided no labels. Overall the bagel I had was tasty but this was rough for a first experience with the restaurant and with Catercow's breakfast ordering/delivery system.

I ordered a continental breakfast for my meeting and the bagels and baked goods were excellent. I like that they give large amounts of cream cheese & butter in bowls - feels more authentic than the little containers of Philadelphia cream cheese : )

The food wasn't nearly as fresh this time as the first time we ordered here so that was disappointing. And we had to send two people down and get the food from the delivery person because they said they couldn't find anywhere to park. So we had to set everything up ourselves. We'll order again though and give it another go since the two experiences we had were different.

Food was tasty and very fresh, and notes were followed requesting to have bacon left off the sandwiches so thank you. My only suggestion would be it would be great to receive condiments like mustard and mayo for the sandwiches. We just received two huge tubs of hot sauce.

Too early. Came more than 30 minutes early. Would appreciate a 15 minute window instead. I asked for 8:15 am and they cam before 7:45 am.

My order did arrive 15 minutes late, but I had scheduled it accordingly, and when I called the establishment they were gracious and provided me an update about when I would expect it. The bagels were great and the cream cheese selection was much appreciated.

Arrived 40 mins early. But the food was really good.

Bagels were delicious however one of the requested spreads was not provided and we were not made aware.

Great bagels but not enough cream cheese. We ordered 150 bagels and had about 40-50 left that we didn't have cream cheese for. I emailed them about it when it occurred but they never answered and that was 2 days ago. Customer Service seems to be lacking.

Tompkins Bagel was great! The delivery arrived promptly and they were very accommodating with providing dairy-free and gluten-free options upon request. We love their bagels and the lox spread included lots of extra toppings. I will definitely be ordering from them again when we need our bagel cravings fulfilled.

The food was excellent, fresh, and there was certainly enough for the amount I ordered. The food delivery was also prompt. One thing is that Tomkins did not call to confirm the order 24 hrs ahead of time, so I was left wondering if indeed it had been accepted, but that was not that big of a deal. Overall, we were very satisfied with the order and would definitely order again from Tompkins!

The ordering process and delivery were both seamless. The bagels are great!
