The food was great (rave reviews from the team) and the customer service was really good. We maintained excellent communication throughout the process from both CaterCow and The Sandwich Shop. Also, the food was packaged well. The only issue was that they were 10 minutes late but that was due to crazy traffic in the area, and the restaurant was sure to maintain communication throughout the delay. Would definitely order again!

The food was really good and packaged nicely. Delivery was late so my lunch meeting started without lunch. Restaurant is far from midtown so while you don't want your order arriving too early, I would definitely build in more time on the front end as it arriving late is not ideal either.
