Food came late. I called when it was 15 minutes late and the lady who answered the phone said it would be there in 10 minutes, but it came 30 minutes later, so it was 45 minutes total late. We got the breakfast burritos, but they were more like wraps. Very plain. No hot sauce(!), only ketchup. The burritos were also very cold. The cheese was never melted on them. Cheap, low grade ingredients too. Very bad experience since we had a company meeting which had to begin without anyone having eaten. The delivery person didn't care and left without assisting set up and did not apologize or anything. Why is this place even an option on CaterCow?

Breakfast Sandwiches were actually Breakfast Burrito's which is not a sandwich. Had these individually wrapped and boxed and labeled, labels were not accurate Ham Burrito was label Bacon/Bacon labeled ham leaving my staff having to open up the boxes and inspect the food prior to eating.

I was really disappointed with the professionalism of this company. The driver was 17 minutes late (arrived 9:02 for an 8:45 time) and completely unapologetic about the ordeal. Furthermore, when I called the catering company around 8:40 to check in, I was met with ambivalence and a shoulder shrug, and no effort to check in on the order. The food tasted fine, but it was not worth the stress of them being late. You would think that a catering company that prides itself on appearance and a premium selection would also place an emphasis on professionalism and punctuality. Ridiculous.

City Chefs was fantastic!!! Not only was there service and response time punctual and efficient but there food was absolutely amazing. We had originally assumed that it would be a basic breakfast spread and were pleasantly surprised when our expectations were exceeded. Will definitely go with them again in the near future.

Terrific breakfast choice for any office. The varied selection of mini- bagels, pastries and fruit was perfect. The addition of specialty teas that was included was a real plus for the tea drinkers. Excellent coffee! A little pricey with the add-ons, but well within a breakfast budget.

Ordered their "Rise and Shine" breakfast for two consecutive days of training at my firm. They provided a good quality spread including coffee, decaf, tea (along with plenty of milk/sugar, etc.), small bagels and pastries. They arrive and set it all up for you, which is great. My only issue was the deliveryperson arrived an hour early one morning -- if it had been hot food this would have been more of an issue -- luckily someone was here to let him in to set up. Overall, a good option, and I would use them again.
