The food was an HOUR early. 15-30 minutes is one thing, but an hour early without being forewarned is crazy. There was apparently a misunderstanding in the building messenger center before I even went to meet the delivery person to bring him up. Subsequently, he gave me a hard time about bringing the food up to our office and I eventually gave up and brought it up myself. It was much heavier than he made it out to be. On top of that, the food then dripped through our entire office and into a big puddle off of the table. (That was “fun” to clean up off of carpet.) The food was tasty and the rice was warm enough, but the rest of the food was surprisingly cold. Everyone seemed to like it regardless. A rep called after I posted my initial review and we discussed the situation. She was very nice and apologized for the misunderstanding and we think we figured out how the escalation of events happened. We will probably give ordering from them another shot in the future.

The food was delicious and the presentation was a-ok. Only complaint was there was no way to serve the soy sauce. Came in a tub with nothing to serve it individually. Maybe those nifty little packets would be better.

We placed an order very last-minute for a 55-person sushi lunch. The first place we tried on CaterCow declined the order, but Sean at CaterCow worked with me to find another place. Eden Wok did their best, but the order arrived 30 minutes late. Elena followed up with me, and was very responsive and apologetic. Bottom line, though, is that my office LOVED the sushi! We had a hard order to fill, and I do believe that they did their best to do us right.
