Guerilla Catering was born from a desire to feed people and make them happy. What better and more crafted way than a taco to deliver flavor and smiles. First opened as a neighborhood taco shop in North Beach, San Francisco, where the kitchen served as a lab for all our experimental and whacky tacos. First opened as a neighborhood taco shop in North Beach, San Francisco, where the kitchen served as a lab for all our experimental and whacky tacos. Word quickly spread, and we were asked to take our tacos onto the road. Soon we were feeding indie-music festivals, trunk sales, and Burning Man. With catering being such a success, we relocated our operations to Hunters Point Navy, which houses a community of other food-preneurs and artists alike. From "The Base," what we affectionately call our new kitchen, we now feed more people and produce more smiles by the thousands.
