Avo is the destination for seasonal, scratch-made salads and bowls. We’re united in our mission to create comfort through healthy meals and believe that when you eat well, you can do better for yourself, your community, and the world. At Avo, we also feel that social responsibility is tantamount to a healthy lifestyle. We endeavor to work solely with suppliers respectful of the environment and their employees, and are proud to offer our customers a carefully curated menu consisting of locally sourced and sustainable produce whenever possible. We are dedicated to delivering scratch-made meals made with non-invasive cooking techniques that fuel you all day long. PS: You may remember us as Avocaderia. We entered the Avo era in 2024, but the meals you know and love aren’t going anywhere.

Sustainability Measures: -Sustainability is key for us and since we opened, we’ve always used compostable packaging. The following items are NOT compostable but recyclable: forks, individual bowl lids, smoothie carafes, dressing bottles Everything else is made of fiber, so compostable. -We are part of a program from Baldor (our food distributor) called Pledge Local - so we buy from local farms whenever our products are available (most of times) to keep low carbon footprint. -We keep a tight control on waste by ordering and preparing small batches in our scratch kitchen daily. We don’t use gas or venting. We actively minimize oil waste as we don’t have fryers but only use ovens -Lighting in our stores is energy efficient
