Generous portions and a good balance of carbs + healthy options. Those who felt like pasta was heavy, were able to create a salad with protein. Good to please a wide range of people. The red gluten free pasta was a hit!

The food quality was amazing however the portions are very small. Since not everyone made actual tacos, some made bowls out of the food provided, there was not enough protein. The shrimp was the smallest shrimp I have ever seen. Again, good quality but just very small portions.

Triple S Catering goes above and beyond to arrive early. He even hung around for an extra 20 minutes or so, in order for the food to be hot when we served. Would definitely recommend!

Mark was so kind when he delivered the food. He even waited around to make sure it was as hot and fresh as possible for our meeting. Everyone loved it all and everyone keeps asking me where it came from! Delicious! I could not stop popping the goat cheese, cranberry tarts. So simple but so so good!
