The delivery and setup were great, she was super friendly and helpful. The flavors were vibrant and many people enjoyed the mac & cheese and gumbo. The 2 pieces of feedback are 1) the cornbread was super dry and bland and 2) the Gumbo (for a headcount of 60) was definitely not enough, it would have fed more like 40 people. The gumbo was also lacking in the portions of meat it had, mostly soup and rice to be honest.
