First time using CaterCow to place a lunch order for my team. I appreciated the communication from CaterCow regarding my order - first explaining the "pending" status through confirming the order was received and accepted by the restaurant. One small criticism - I wish I could have labeled each lunch order for the person that ordered it, but I understand CaterCow offers a different feature to make that happen. I might try that in the future. Overall, I would definitely use CaterCow again in the future.
