First time using Catercow and Umai for our event, guests loved the sushi and rolls, delivery driver was very friendly and able to meet us at the event location after an issue on our end. I would recommend labeling the sushi by trays or finding a way to better separate them but my team was able to work around this just fine. I appreciated the table tents that CaterCow automatically creates for your orders.

The dishes are more than enough. The veggie dumplings are yummy and the california rolls are decent. I asked for spicy ones but they were regular...no big deal! They were a few minutes early but that's better than a few minutes late! I didn't hear any complaints so that's a plus!

Favorable feed back from employees! I had the beef with onion and I can tell you it was very good. I had to heat up the rice, spring rolls and beef but no big deal. Portions were really good. All of the chicken teriyaki and katsu disappeared quickly! We will order again!

Everything was fresh and tasted great. And do yourself a favor: get a couple trays of their spring rolls. They are OMG-SO-GOOD! Honestly, other than an uneven eel-to-spicy-tuna ratio, I got zero complaints in an office of 33 people. And that's hard to do!

Not only was the food great (and the right quantity), but the service was unparalleled. They forgot soy sauce (which we told the driver was no problem), but the driver went out of his way to go pick up some soy sauce and bring it back to us, all before people started digging in. It was a nice gesture and our team really appreciated it!

Japanese was pretty good! A little stingy on the apps—literally one dumpling or spring roll per person—and they could have sent less rice and less salad (and definitely less salad dressing!)
