Product Announcement: Organizations

Our product team has been hard at work since December on building and refining our new Organizations feature. I'm sure you're wondering what the heck that even means!

Here's the low-down on Organizations :)

  • On the top left hand side of your dashboard, you’ll now notice “Manage Organization”. From there, you can invite more teammates and also delete folks who are no longer there!
  • If you’d like other team members to help you oversee your catering workload, you can invite other Admins to your Organization. You may also share credit cards or payment options (e.g. invoicing if you qualify) with teammates!
  • If your company is in multiple cities, you can be part of multiple Organizations (e.g. Samantha can have Admin privileges in your NYC office, but is a normal Staff member of your SF office)

What this means is that if you are an Admin ordering meals for both the NYC Organization and SF Organization, while you can access everything under one User account (prior to 2023, you would have to log in and log out to each respective location), you will still have to send separate NYC and SF meal links to your Staff.
