When I say that everyone said this was the best meal of the year, I mean it. I had people thanking me for this choice left and right all day. These meals were HUGE. As usual, everything tasted fresh and delicious. The packaging and presentation were both perfect. One of our staff favorites! The only thing that I would say is that they didn't call when they arrived, they just came in to set up (which isn't a terrible thing), but I wouldn't have known it was ready unless I had happened to walk out to see him doing so! Just a call when the order arrives would be helpful! Other than that, food was great as always, and the delivery was perfectly on time. We appreciate you Rutts!

If you're doing the baked potato bar (which you should, it's a fun change from typical office catering and it's yummy!) I would just suggest getting a few more potatoes than your headcount as some are a bit small for a single portion. Rutt's is always on time and we get a good amount of food!

We catered 400 meals from Rutt's Hawaiian for my sister & brother-in-law's funeral. They were so professional and the food was excellent. We originally ordered for 300 and they had no problem adding 100 more meals to our order 48 hours before the funeral. Would definitely order from them again

Food was great, especially the BBQ chicken and pulled pork, rice and veggies were cooked perfectly as well. Our only issue was that the food came way too early and this threw off our schedule, our delivery time was supposed to be between 11:30-12pm and the food came around 11:10am. We then had to serve it right away because it would have gotten cold by our original 12pm lunchtime. Also, the photo suggests that the vendor provides printed tent cards to identify the food but that was not the case.

After months of catering, this has been the first one that was a huge hit with the staff- they have already asked me to order it again in the future. The meal was on time, they brought the utensils as requested, and they provided more sauce than we could have asked for. The amount of food given in each plate is great but few of our employees did not enjoy much due to lack of flavor. I myself did enjoy the plate I got which was the salmon, The fish did have flavor and the veggies were delicious. The other plates that few of our employees got was the Hawaiian chicken and beef teriyaki and they had wish it had more flavor on the meat. Really do appreciate the delivery and how we receive the food on time.
