We spent months in the kitchen with her, taking notes and translating recipes from “a little of this and that” so that we could bring you fresh, homestyle Indian food, served fast. In January 2011, we opened NaanStop as a food truck in Los Angeles. It was the first step towards our dream of owning a restaurant. After running the truck for a year, we wanted to come back home to the South and live closer to our family. That’s why we moved to Atlanta and in August 2012 opened our first location in Downtown Atlanta.
