They were over an hour and half late. After placing the order they called and wondered if they could just send a driver for a drop off. I replied no and if you could not accommodate we would cancel they order. They assured me that everything would be fine. the order was scheduled for 8:00am, at 8:27 they called they were 15 minutes away and they finally showed up at almost 9:30. Catercow is a wonderful site and their customer service is GREAT (Sean!) but I will never use this vendor again.

Pi is near our office, and I've walked by it many times before, so I decided to give it a try through CaterCow for a client workshop breakfast. The bagels / koulouri are delicious. I actually liked them better than regular bagels. They are easier to bite into and chew. A half-kolouri would be enough for a light breakfast presentation, but we opted to have enough for everyone to have a whole one, just in case. We also added some pastries, coffee, and orange juice. The cups and plates provided were nice quality, not cheap looking. I would definitely order again, and I will perhaps stop in the store now too!
