Best Practices and Tips when Ordering Taco Platters

Best Practices and Tips when Ordering Taco Platters

Tacos in a taco platter will arrive pre-assembled but some of the wet ingredients (salsa, sour cream, guacamole etc.) may be included on the side to keep the tacos from getting soggy. You may want to order for higher than your headcount as folks earlier in the buffet line may take more than their allotment. Similarly, you’ll want to over-order any additional buffet style sides or add-ons as everyone’s idea of a “full portion” might be a little bit different.
