We felt the immediate change once we switched from DoorDash to CaterCow as our primary platform for lunch orders. The customer service is outstanding, and they worked closely with me to make sure our lunches stay within budget while also providing a delicious array of diverse cuisines. This was particularly difficult to do with DoorDash, as the price of the meal rarely equated to the price/person upon payment, giving us a small handful of options at the end of the day. The timeliness and accuracy of the order is a luxury you simply don't have when you order with DoorDash, where some lunches would be over an hour late! Overall, a wonderful service, highly recommend.
