Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication when we asked for the food to be delivered not too early. As a result, they prepared it late and delivered it much later than expected. Hopefully, there could have been some form of compensation for their mistake.

I love this place. Food is plentiful and always delivered on time. Our elevator broke on this day and the driver carried a TON of food up 4 flights of stair's for us. We were so grateful for that level of service. I will definitely order from here again.

Food was good, no complaints there. However, the meal was delivered an hour before the time that was scheduled forcing us to re-work our schedule to ensure our staff was able to eat while the food was still hot. The food was also stacked on top of each other and crammed so full into metal trays that the the boxes the food was delivered in was leaking beef/chicken juice all over the floor & tables. It was a mess that had to be cleaned up before we were even able to start serving.

Totally awesome experience. Food came early and hot, and all of it was praised by our party guests, half of whom are Asian, so they had strong opinions about dumpling authenticity. We were also pleased to discover that all the dumplings were gluten free, MSG- free, and egg- free, so even our guests with food sensitivities were able to enjoy. The pork was especially popular!

Ordered Teriyaki Bento The delivery person sadly had an accident on his way to us. Thankfully, and most importantly, he is ok. The company was quick to get in contact us and sent new food as soon as they could. Thank you!! The unfortunate lateness does not figure in to my review. Accidents happen. As for the food/service: They did not set up the food like other CaterCow caterers. (neither +/-, just for your information) One of the containers leaked a lot of sauce into the bag; no spillage outside of the bag, thank goodness, due to double bagging. We requested the food as family style, if you do this, make sure you have serving utensils, as none are provided. (I read this in a previous review as well, so was prepared, just in case.) There were tons of vegetables with the teriyaki, but the meat portions were quite small and there was not enough meat for everyone. One tray that we received was eggplant teriyaki, which we didn't request (may have been due to the quick order remake??) But even with that, I still don't think there would have been enough meat for everyone. The rice serving seemed a bit low to me as well. We usually end up with leftover rice, (sometimes an excessive amount) but we had none leftover and I don't think it was a case of having the exact right amount, as again, some people didn't eat because there was no more meat. Overall, I thought the food was tasty, but a couple people said that they did not enjoy it.

Awesome lunch!! Dumplings was a great call for lunch. Food was great and this process of ordering lunch for 20+ people was made so much easier by using cater cow. Just found out about catercow right before I ordered but will be using them very often now. Also they have great customer service and helped me right away when I needed a large lunch order the next day.

The caterer arrived at exactly 12pm when we had placed the order for (awesome). Not only were they helpful in unpacking the many boxes of dumplings, they provided so much food for our office. The veggie and pork dumplings were both insanely delicious and employees have already asked me to bring them back again for another Wednesday lunch. Our only complaints would be that the dumpling varieties weren't labeled (veggie was green but the pork and chicken were hard to tell apart) and that we only received 4 small trays of salad for the 20+ trays of dumplings. For 200 people we were hoping to have a couple more trays of salad to go with the meal. All in all, we would definitely order from Oriental Cafe again.
