Silk's Rainbow Cookies

Growing up near Little Italy, Manhattan, we loved eating the Italian rainbow cookies so we decided to come up with our Asian inspired version. Layers of raspberry, matcha, and black sesame cake topped with melty chocolate. Chef Judy Lai's unique cupcake creations are a delicious riff on traditional Asian desserts and familiar American flavors.
