Absolutely! After you've created a CaterCow Account, but before you place your first order with us, email your sales tax exemption certificate/document to support@catercow.com, once we confirm they are the proper documents, we'll place it in your file and handle the rest! After we do this, by default, your orders will be marked as sales tax exempt and our system will remove the sales tax from your order(s).

If you've already placed an order which hasn't been completed and it is sales tax exempt, that's okay. We can still help out with the current order, as well as your future orders, just follow the same procedure as above and email us your exemption certificate.

Note: We are unable to process sales tax refunds retroactively after an order has been delivered and paid. Thank you for your understanding!
