Sales tax is included in the lump sum payout that CaterCow sends you after you complete an order. You'll see the sales tax figure listed on your order to know how much to remit when you pay your sales tax based on your businesses tax payment schedule

CaterCow does NOT report sales tax on each order to the IRS, it is your (the caterer/restaurant) responsibility to pay taxes on the orders you receive.
